What does a career at Daniels Health look like?
Our Field Service Team supports
effective waste stream management
for our healthcare partners.
As a Field Service Representative (FSR) for Daniels Health, you are an integral team member working inside the four walls of a customer’s large facility. This role provides direct support to our customers and ensures they are using safe and efficient medical waste disposal practices. FSR’s make a significant impact to our partners by providing customer-centric service while collecting valuable data on the efficacy of the Daniels’ containment system being used to manage medical waste. Without an FSR, somebody has to break out of their normal role to change out containers or contact somebody to do that. We are trying to prevent any breakage in the clinical staff norm. If you are looking for a position that will open up a long-term career path, this is it. This responsibility allows you to learn the intricacies of healthcare waste management and provides you the tools to grow within the Daniel’s team.
In this role, think of yourself as the guardian of all Daniels’ medical waste containers used in a customer space: you will routinely inspect fill level, placement, and proper usage to ensure optimum efficiency. When container count begins to run low, it will be your duty to submit replenishment orders for the hospital prior to their next service date – ensuring all their healthcare waste management needs are met. This essential service directly impacts the ability of clinicians to safely and promptly dispose of medical waste – performing this role is key to reducing infection risk, injury, and labor. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in customer-service related roles with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders. They should be equipped to work in an autonomous environment and deliver Daniels high standards of service. Our business is not a fit for everyone, but if what we stand for excites you, we would love to connect with you. If you do not find a job of interest, you can simply submit your resume for general consideration.
