At Daniels Health, our bold idea was to Save Lives by Thinking Differently. We redefined what safety, sustainability and infection control looked like in healthcare waste management; we revolutionized the market with new containment systems, we invented robotic and treatment technologies, and we reimagined process-engineering and partnership within hospitals and healthcare facilities. We changed the industry.    

Fast forward to 2023... we're dreaming big for our next chapter! New innovation, new ideas and an explosion of growth across our US organization. Boldness means thinking differently, pivoting, honing our focus, enlarging our teams and challenging the definitions and purpose of each department, being prepared to let some things go in order to build capacity for the future, saying 'no' to opportunities that in past years we would have said 'yes' to, being open to change and being willing to grow, having critical conversations and being open to receive critical feedback, harnessing a growth mindset, continuing to reject passivity, embrace creativity, and channel non-conformist thinking, daring to believe in a future that does not exist today. Boldness is turning the page and continuing to write our next chapter, one word, one line, one dream, one idea at a time... together.
