To the US healthcare community

The past few weeks have challenged the very core of “business as usual”. We are confronted every day with circumstances out of our control that threaten our communities, our neighbors, friends and colleagues. Like most of you, we are navigating this one day at a time but wanted to take the opportunity to reassure all of our customers and healthcare workers at the frontlines of healthcare that collectively we are here for you.

Daniels Health services remain uninterrupted, we are doing everything we can to ensure continuity across our full spectrum of healthcare waste management including adding additional staff to accommodate capacity and interruptions. Around the world our teams are uniting with stronger determination than ever to support the global community of healthcare workers that are at the coalface of this crisis. We are working with the CDC to ensure we’re driving best-practice protocols for our staff and yours, and we are adapting contingency plans nationally to ensure continuity of service as the situation evolves.

For healthcare workers across the United States, more than ever, thank you for all that you do each day. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you serve our friends, our families and our community in this time of great need.
