As a global support office, all of our Melbourne based departments support multi-country projects, processes and teams, presenting a unique opportunity to drive scalability and innovation across an international landscape.

  • FINANCE

    Our global Finance team is responsible for taxation, acquisitions, financial reporting and analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to identify global and geographical trends and benchmarking, while driving initiatives to increase financial performance across the countries we serve.

  • SUPPLY CHAIN & MANUFACTURING

    Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team plays a critical role in global manufacturing and fulfillment of parts and products to support our global business in addition to managing global inventory. Daniels International facilitates the supply of hundreds of thousands of products each year to the US, UK, Canada, South Africa and Australia.

  • RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

    From research and design, to prototyping and manufacturing, our R&D team is responsible for the development of new innovations and products to bring to our global markets that fulfil our vision of making healthcare safer.

  • PEOPLE AND CULTURE

    Our global People & Culture team supports the recruitment, payroll and benefits and career development of our 1200+ employes worldwide, while driving systems and processes that galvanize culture and drive standardization across countries.

  • ENGINEERING

    Our Engineering team oversees the development of proprietary machinery that directly serves our international healthcare businesses; from concept to production our hands-on team of engineers, electricians and industrial designers develop technology in-house that supports our services around the globe.

  • PROPERTY

    Our Property team oversee the purchase of strategic properties in any of our global markets including the ongoing maintenance and management of asset portfolio. Our Property team are focused on properties around the world that have strategic value in reinforcing our service infrastructure www.daniels-propertygroup.com.

Daniels Innovation

Our Australian team has driven the innovation of the safest sharps and medical containers in the world for over 38 years. One of our industry-leading inventions is a robotic washing and treatment technology that achieves the highest industry standard in bacterial load reduction. Global Ownership of AUS, UK, CA, USA, SA

Our Daniels International brand represents the global structure for our healthcare, manufacturing and property brands in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and South Africa, as well as the oversight for some product brands in Australia. This entity is fully owned by founder Dan Daniels, and represents 37 years of making healthcare safer around the world. Our Australian services business (Daniels Health) was sold in 2016 to Toxfree, and subsequently acquired by Cleanaway in 2017.

Healthcare Division of Cleanaway

The Daniels Health brand was transitioned to Cleanaway in 2017 by way of acquisition. Neither Dan Daniels or Daniels International has any financial or stakeholder interest in this business, it is owned and run wholly as a division of Cleanaway. As part of the acquisition in 2017, Cleanaway acquired the rights to Daniels proprietary container technology and laboratory products division and took over all healthcare waste services across its Australian customer base.
